轴承高速运转时候油脂会被甩出去,什么原因呢?

 

有些客户会问,为什么轴承里面的油脂在高速运转时候油脂被甩出去了呢?担心油脂甩没了,轴承就无法转动了,寿命会不会大大降低?


其实在高速运转的时候一些多余的油脂会直接甩出去,这个甩出去的油脂对轴承没有保护性的作用,反而过多的油脂在高速运转下温度会升高,反而对寿命不好。真正起效果的只是沟道里一层油膜,包括球外面有一层油膜


轴承用完以后你可以拆开来看,这个球上面原本不涂油脂是亮的,但涂了油脂,球上有了油膜以后就变成哑光,而且摸上去黏糊糊的。


实际上有一小层油膜就起润滑作用了,不是说这个球上面要滚一大坨油,这样子才是起润滑作用的,只要上面有油膜轴承就会高速运转,放心使用。

In fact, during high-speed operation, some excess grease will be directly thrown out, which has no protective effect on the bearings. On the contrary, excessive grease will increase in temperature during high-speed operation, which is not good for the service life. What works is only a layer of oil film in the channel, including a layer of oil film on the outside of the ball.

 

After the bearings are used up, you can take them apart to see. The ball was originally bright without grease, but after being coated with grease, the ball becomes matte with an oil film and feels sticky to the touch.

 

In fact, a small layer of oil film is used for lubrication. It does not mean that a large lump of oil needs to be rolled on this ball. This is the only way to provide lubrication. As long as there is an oil film on top of it, the bearing will run at high speed and be used with confidence.
